PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH A STYLIST, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE FOR WHICH YOU HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED AND WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND THE CANCELLATION POLICY WILL APPLY.

WE REQUIRE A 24 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. REGARDING REPEAT OFFENDERS, WE WILL REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD TO RESERVE AN APPOINTMENT - WE WILL CHARGE 100% OF THE SERVICE FOR A MISSED HAIRCUT AND 50% OF THE SERVICE FOR A MISSED COLOR/HIGHLIGHT APPOINTMENT. NO SHOWS ARE INCLUDED UNDER THIS POLICY.
